Diploma of Community Services

One qualification, so many opportunities to make a difference!

Through the NDIS, the Australian Government has recognized the enormous need for workers in community service. This qualification is for those seeking career advancement, job security, and who are passionate about person-centered support.

At this level, workers have specialized skills and have an immediate and profound impact, often working autonomously under broad directions from senior management. Offering help, advice, advocacy, and support to those most vulnerable, workers enable clients to live a much fuller life.

"I enrolled my daughter in the Cert III & IV in Fitness and found it to be a very supportive and inclusive environment. Her work experience at a local gym turned into a part time job coaching the kids and teen programs. She is currently coaching kids & women programs whilst training and competing herself. The following year I enrolled my son who also completed his Cert III & Cert IV and experienced the same supportive and enjoyable environment, gaining great practical experience. I highly recommend the courses and SSi staff."
